It’ll still easily get into a steeper face. It has a relatively flat rocker, but it still has a nice, gentle, continuous curve, so it’s not super flat. It’s super fast, it’s really easy to catch waves, it’s a really easy board to surf. This design overall just really suits my style of surfing well. This style of board that has a bit of volume up the front of the board, and a bit of thickness, but still a relatively tight nose, it’s not too fishy, and then it pulls back into a tighter swallow tail which allows for pivot and that swallow tail is really great for pumping down the line and transitioning rail to rail. It’s almost a modern performance fish, but a little bit more drawn out and with a little bit more rocker. This style of board suits my style of surfing really well. I like doing big, drawn out, arcing powerful turns. I don’t do a lot of sharp turns, I tend to do things more with power. I on the other hand, I like boards that are little more cruisy. He’s a very good surfer, he’s very confident.
